Costs

Certification incurs following costs; the fees from SQS and the University of Zurich are charged depending on the expenditure incurred, the Swiss Assessment fee is a flat annual fee:

For the certification:

• SQS audit, approx. CHF 3,000
• University of Zurich, technical expertise, approx. CHF 2,200
• Certification fee Swiss Assessment, CHF 1,000
• Total approx. CHF 6,200

For the costs of recertification after three years, the costs can vary between 3,000 and 4,000.

The annual recurring certification fee for Swiss Assessment is CHF 1,000 and is used to maintain and market the certificate mark.

The costs for full membership without certification amount to CHF 350 per year.
