Expert Members & Certified AC Providers
Expert Members are exclusively certified providers of assessment center services, who have been granted the Swiss Assessment quality label.
The Swiss Assessment certification procedure allows to ensure and continuously develop the quality of the assessment center method. Membership in the Swiss Assessment Association and the successful completion of the certification procedure are prerequisites in order to obtain the Swiss Assessment quality label certificate. The certification was carried out in collaboration with experts from the Swiss Association for Quality and Management Systems (SQS), the Department of Psychology – Work and Organisational Psychology at the University of Zurich and Swiss Assessment. Expert Members distinguish themselves by having passed the Swiss Assessment certification procedure and having undergone recertification every three years. The Expert Members currently include 23 assessment center providers:
