Swiss Assessment awards quality certificates issued for the first time in Switzerland

Swiss Assessment presented quality certificates to the first seven companies who followed quality standards when implementing procedures for the selection and development of personnel. This marks a milestone in establishing a uniformed quality assurance process for these procedures in Switzerland.

The certification was carried out with the participation of experts from the Swiss Association for Quality and Management Systems (SQS), the Department of Work and Organisational psychology at the University of Zurich and Swiss Assessment.

Swiss Assessment congratulates the following companies on their certification:

adt zurich gmbh, Avenir Consulting AG, cedac development assessment beratung AG, Military Academy at the ETH Zurich MILAK, MPW Beratungsteam AG, SBB CFF FFS, Vicario consulting SA.

Swiss Assessment is an association of specialists who work in large companies, universities, in administration or in management consultancy, from where they carry out procedures for the selection and development of personnel. It aims to contribute to the quality assurance and further development of these processes and to foster the exchange of knowledge and experience.
